Wheathampstead and Kimpton Explorer Scout Unit

We meet each week at the Scout hut in Wheathampstead on a Thursday evening.

A traditional group run by an elected committee, each meeting is planned and run by the Explorers. The program is a mix of Scouting and none Scouting based activities both inside and outside. A number of trips are organised to visit the police, fire brigade etc along with swimming, bowling, quasar and a Christmas trip to the Theatre.

We go away on a summer camp each year and take part in a number of other events through out the year. including Chiltern Challenge, Dragnet and Peak Assault etc.
